Krotos Group

HCM Consulting, Custom Software Development. That is the short version of Krotos Group. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Human Resources. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Krotos Group is based in Houston, Texas. More on krotosgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
