AcademyOne

AcademyOne is a consulting and software development firm focused on Higher Education. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Education, Higher Education and Legal, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AcademyOne is based in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania. You can read more at academyone.com.
