PlanHub

PlanHub is a cloud based software that allows general contractors to share project files and information with subcontractors and vendors. In practice that means bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

It makes the most sense for contractors and builders. They also list Construction, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

PlanHub is based in West Palm Beach, Florida and founded in 2008. Their site is planhub.com.

Before you commit, look at mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know PlanHub well, your review carries weight here.
