SocialStats

SocialStats provides a platform that generates animated videos, GIFs, and templates for social media engagement. Put simply, it is about scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI and Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SocialStats is based in Tampa, Florida. Their site is socialstats.co.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SocialStats, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
