Talentech Group

Talentechgroup specializes in software development, HR technology, and online marketing campaigns. In practice that means running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Recruiting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Talentech Group is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. You can read more at talentechgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
