GoToMetrix

GoToMetrix offers market research services with tools like SmartMetrixTM and POEMTM, catering to diverse businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data and Market Research. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GoToMetrix is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. You can read more at gotometrix.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
