Human Soft

Human Soft is a development studio that develops games. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Gaming. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Human Soft is based in San Mateo, California. You can read more at humansoft.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Human Soft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
