Pileus Technologies

Pileus Technologies is an IT company that provides managed IT services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing and Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Pileus Technologies is based in Wichita, Kansas. Their site is pileustech.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
