Eminence Technology Solutions

Eminence Technology Solutions specializes in technology staffing and payroll services and provides ERP solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Bookkeeping and Payroll, Employment, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Professional Services and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Eminence Technology Solutions is based in Somerset, New Jersey. More on eminencets.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Eminence Technology Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
