SmartSearch

SmartSearch is a talent acquisition platform that specializes in staffing, corporate, and executive search solutions. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Human Resources, Outsourcing and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SmartSearch is based in Tustin, California. You can read more at smartsearchinc.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
