Rubberstick

Rubberstick builds responsive sites, apps and digital products for industrial firms. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rubberstick is based in Irvine, California and around since 2010. You can read more at rubberstick.com.
