Besto

Besto is a mobile app for pet adoption by filming and sharing videos. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Mobile Apps and Pet, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Besto is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and around since 2016. You can read more at bestoapp.com.
