Grooz

Grooz.us is a freight and logistics service provider that offers expedited, refrigerated, and truckload shipping across North America. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Logistics and Transportation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Grooz is based in Iselin, New Jersey. You can read more at grooz.us.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Grooz, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
