Epiphani

Epiphani Playbooks is a Cloud-based service that offers developers holistic intelligent automation of some of their day-to-day tasks. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Industrial Automation. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Epiphani is based in San Jose, California. Their site is epiphani.ai.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
