Recorders

Recorders is a supplier of digital dictation equipment and speech solutions. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Related areas on their profile: Electronics, Hardware and Retail. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Recorders is based in Austin, Texas. Their site is recorders.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Recorders, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
