knk Group

knk provides the only Microsoft Certified business software for Publishers worldwide. That is the short version of knk Group. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Business Intelligence, CRM and Marketing Automation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

knk Group is based in Morristown, New Jersey. You can read more at knk.com.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
