Secure Techie

Secure Techie provides an array of effective IT infrastructure, networks, software development, web hosting, and design solutions. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure, Network Security and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Secure Techie is based in Woodland Hills, California and around since 2016. You can read more at securetechie.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Secure Techie, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
