Lanier Management

Lanier Management is a real estate agency that offers rental properties and property management services. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Property Management, Real Estate and Rental Property, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lanier Management is based in Savannah, Georgia and around since 1976. You can read more at laniermanagement.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Lanier Management, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
