AyMsoft

AyMsoft specializes in web pages, software, digital creativity, consulting, E-business, CMS & CRM services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and CRM. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AyMsoft is based in Miami, Florida. You can read more at aymsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with AyMsoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
