Arkuda Digital

Here is Arkuda Digital in plain terms. They provide products and solutions for manufacturers of consumer electronics. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Computing, Developer APIs, Hardware, Mobile and Video on Demand, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Arkuda Digital is based in New York, New York and around since 2009. Their site is arkudadigital.com.

Before you commit, look at pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Arkuda Digital, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
