Ionlake

Ionlake is a membership management software development company. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Subscription Service. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ionlake is based in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Their site is ionlake.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ionlake, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
