Aurexis

Aurexis is a software development company that develops an AI construction management platform. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI) and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Aurexis is based in Stamford, Connecticut. You can read more at aurexis.ai.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Aurexis, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
