Scales helps professional networks and online communities connect and engage their members around the world. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
