TRD Associates

TRD Associates offers product research, design, and management consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Management Consulting, Product Design and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TRD Associates is based in Woodinville, Washington. More on trdassociates.com.
