RD Digital Solutions

RD Digital Solutions LLC offers digital transformation and SAP services, including cloud migration and S/4HANA implementation. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Call Center and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RD Digital Solutions is based in Somerset, New Jersey. Their site is rddigitalsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
