e-Systems.Net

e-Systems.Net offers a variety of applications and custom systems to meet many business needs. The job it does: running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

Who is it for? Mostly people teams and managers. Alongside the main category they mention Application Performance Management and Web Development. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

e-Systems.Net is based in Birmingham, Alabama. You can read more at e-systems.net.

Things worth asking about: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with e-Systems.Net, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
