J2R Solutions

J2R Solutions LLC specializes in secure cloud computing and tailored IT solutions. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list Big Data and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

J2R Solutions is based in Osprey, Florida. Their site is j2rsolutions.io.

Our checklist for this category: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
