Elastic

Elastic is a company providing sales as a service to other businesses. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Elastic is based in Mountain View, California and around since 2010. Their site is elasticsales.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
