Greptime

Greptime provides Cloud-Native, Fast and Efficient time-series data infrastructure. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Related areas on their profile: Database, Infrastructure, Internet of Things and IT Infrastructure. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Greptime is based in Sunnyvale, California. Their site is greptime.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Greptime well, your review carries weight here.
