Apex Software

Apex Software specializes in sketching software development for the real estate appraisal and related industries. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. They also list Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Apex Software is based in San Antonio, Texas and founded in 1987. More on apexwin.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
