XP Idea

XP Idea is a digital solutions company that offers web design, software development, and online marketing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Quality Assurance and Search Engine. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

XP Idea is based in Conyers, Georgia. You can read more at xpidea.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
