Chckvet

Chckvet is an online portal that offers online booking, client communication, and practice analytics services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Online Portals and Real Time. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Chckvet is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Their site is chckvet.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
