Mealdata

MEALDATA is a cloud-based data analysis reporting solution servicing the K-12 school nutrition services industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mealdata is based in Marco Island, Florida. Their site is mealdata.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
