JobFit

JobFit is job seeker service that helps you convert referrals into internal advocates in a company where you have none. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources and Robotics. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

JobFit is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is getjobfit.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used JobFit? Rate it.
