Beamfox

Beamfox is a platform that provides complete solutions for employee pre-boarding, onboarding, engagement and offboarding solutions. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Human Resources, Information Services and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Beamfox is based in San Jose, California. You can read more at beamfox.io.

Our checklist for this category: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
