Hang w/

Hang w/ empowers users to stream and broadcast live high-quality video to other phones using their standard wireless service. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Android, Celebrity, iOS, Mobile and Photography. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hang w/ is based in Fountain Valley, California. More on hangwith.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
