Monsoon Solutions

Monsoon Solutions, Inc. is an engineering services and consulting company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Electronics, Legal and Manufacturing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Monsoon Solutions is based in Bellevue, Washington and around since 2000. Their site is msoon.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
