FlexWare

FlexWare is dedicated to offering IT consulting and software services, including cloud-based IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS solution sets. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: IaaS and PaaS. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

FlexWare is based in Los Angeles, California. Their site is flexware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
