Affinity Salon

KnowBe4 is a security platform for security awareness training and simulated phishing attacks. That is the short version of Affinity Salon. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security, Network Security and Security. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Affinity Salon is based in Clearwater, Florida and around since 2010. More on knowbe4.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Affinity Salon, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
