Virtustream provides cloud computing management software and infrastructure as a service to enterprises, governments, and service providers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Cloud Data Services, Cloud Management and IaaS, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
