Undefined Design

Undefined Design offers cloud-based solutions, Salesforce consulting, and creative production services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Consulting and CRM. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Undefined Design is based in Atlanta, Georgia. You can read more at undefined-design.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Undefined Design, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
