Wisdom Ingress

Wisdom Ingress is a technology solutions and management firm that offers elite services in the field of IT and software development. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Wisdom Ingress is based in Long Island City, New York. You can read more at wisdomingress.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
