Definity Software

Definity Software is an information technology service provider company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Definity Software is based in Naples, Florida. Their site is definitysoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
