QuestSoft Solutions

QuestSoft Solutions is a software development and IT services company that specializes in application development, and product development. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Professional Services and Training. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

QuestSoft Solutions is based in Matawan, New Jersey. More on questsoftsol.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
