Sendplex

Sendplex is a dashboard and platform that provides marketing text messages, alerting text messages, and communication services. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Marketing Automation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sendplex is based in Fort Worth, Texas. More on sendplex.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
