Southern Tier Digital

Southern Tier Digital is a computer consulting firm that provides data cabling, project management, rollout, and deployment services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Property Management and Small and Medium Businesses. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Southern Tier Digital is based in Randolph, New York. Their site is stdigital.biz.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
