H1 Studios

H1 Studios offers a comprehensive design and development studio specializing in web and mobile solutions. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention iOS, Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

H1 Studios is based in Brooklyn, New York. Their site is h1studios.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
