Intergen Group

Intergen Group focuses on consultation, IT staffing, aerospace staffing & outsourced software engineering solutions for various industries. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting, Software Engineering and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intergen Group is based in Peachtree City, Georgia. More on intergengroup.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
