BI Solutions

BI Solutions offers software integration and development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services, Software Engineering and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BI Solutions is based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. You can read more at bisolutions.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with BI Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
