Phoenix TS

Phoenix TS provides workforce training in cyber security, project management, cloud computing, and data analysis to organizations. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Analytics, Big Data, CRM, EdTech and Education, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Phoenix TS is based in Columbia, Maryland. Their site is phoenixts.com.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
